摘  要:基于焊接夹具的设计流程,针对焊接夹具中BASE结构件建模复杂、耗时长、设计效率低的问题,综合应用多个模块创建国标(GB)标准件库、型材库和板材库,并应用知识工程设计原理,实现BASE钢构件快速建模、嵌入设计规则、自动更改的功能,建立了一种对于焊接夹具中BASE的快速三维建模方法。随着知识工程(KBE)技术在CATIA中的应用以及二次开发和计算机辅助夹具设计(CAFD)的发展,CATIA不断向基于知识的智能化设计方向发展,为设计者提供更高效便捷的设计环境和工具。Based on the welding jig design process,aiming at the BASE in welding jig structure modeling complex,time consuming,the problem of low efficiency of design,the integrated application of multiple modules to create national standard(GB) standard parts library,profile sheet libraries and library,and application of knowledge engineering design principle,implementation BASE steel members embedded fast modeling,design rules,automatically change the function, A fast 3D modeling method for BASE in welding fixture is established. With the application of knowledge engineering(KBE) technology in CATIA and the development of secondary development and computer aided Fixture design(CAFD),CATIA continues to develop towards the direction of knowledge-based intelligent design,providing designers with more efficient and convenient design environment and tools.
