摘  要:烟包在储存和运输的过程中可能产生霉变以及其中存在杂物,目前凭借人工在烟包切片工序中对烟包的表面情况进行检查已不能完全满足高质量的制烟的生产要求。在烟包切片机上添加一套视觉系统,来对切片工序中的烟包切层霉变及杂物情况进行检测,以达到自动检测,自动报警的要求。以此来提高产品质量。同时该系统能自动保存实时图片,图片包含工单号、烟牌、时间等信息,能有效帮助车间进行生产回溯。Possible mildew and sundries in cigarette packs during storage and transportation, At present, relying on manual inspection of the surface condition of cigarette packets in the cigarette packet slicing process can not fully meet the production requirements of high-quality cigarette making. A set of vision system is added to the cigarette packet slicer to detect the mildew and sundries of the cigarette packet cutting layer in the slicing process, so as to meet the requirements of automatic detection and automatic alarm. In order to improve product quality. At the same time, the system can automatically save real-time pictures, including work order, cigarette tag, time and other information, which can effectively help the workshop to carry out production backtracking.
