摘　　要：随着道路交通的迅速发展以及机动车保有量的不断增加,智能道路交通监测显得特别重要,交通电子警察系统是其中关键的组成部分。高清交通电子警察系统的应用能够提高号牌识别正确率,改善图像质量,可以有效的实现闯红灯及违法停车自动抓拍,卡口及测速等功能,形成网格化的监控形态,在改善交通秩序、有效打击肇事逃逸及涉车违法犯罪活动,取得显著的社会效益。With the rapid development of road traffic and the increasing number of motor vehicles,intelligent road traffic monitoring is particularly important,traffic electronic police system is one of the key components. Hd traffic electronic police system application can improve plate recognition accuracy,improve the image quality,can effectively achieve through a red light and illegal parking automatic capture,the bayonet and speed,and other functions,the formation of grid monitoring configuration,to improve traffic order,effectively combat hit-and-run and illegal and criminal activities,achieved remarkable social benefits.
