摘  要:某发射场作为我国新建的发射场,由于特殊的海洋性气候特点,不锈钢管路很容易受到盐雾环境的影响。某排放管路系统使用1年后,焊接四通焊缝热影响区位置出现了裂纹。本文针对焊缝热影响区裂纹原因进行了分析,得出了焊缝热影响区作为薄弱环节受到管路开孔、焊接及盐雾环境作用引起开裂。为了满足紧急任务需求提出了快速补救措施,并且为了保证任务后系统长期使用的可靠性,给出了相应的改进方案。As a new launch site in China, due to the special marine climate, the stainless steel pipeline is easy to be affected by the salt spray environment. Cracks appear in the weld heat affected zone of welded four-way pipes one year after the use of a certain discharge piping system. In this paper, the causes of cracks in weld heat affected zone are analyzed and it is concluded that cracks in weld heat affected zone, as a weak link, are caused by pipe opening, welding and salt spray environment. In order to meet the needs of emergency tasks,quick remedial measures are put forward, and corresponding improvement schemes are given to ensure the reliability of long-term use of the system after tasks.
