摘 要:当前行业内还没有一套加料喷料雾化效果监测标准,为了研究烟丝加料机的雾化效果机理,解决当前人工监测雾化效果过于依赖经验等问题,设计了基于机器视觉的烟丝加料机雾化效果监测系统。系统采用CCD相机结合光纤内窥镜进行图像采集,利用计算机视觉技术实时监测加料机喷嘴雾化角度、喷料位置、喷料距离等数据,并记录相关图像,为提高加料均匀性提供标准支撑。以广州卷烟厂生产的三批“双喜”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,对喷料角度和喷料距离进行实时监测,结果表明该系统能更好地帮助加料机雾化系统的工艺优化,提高生产质量,提升产品竞争力。At present,there is no set of atomization monitoring standard for feeding and spraying in tobacco industry. In order to study the atomization effect mechanism of tobacco feeding machine and solve the problems that the current manual monitoring of atomization effect depends too much on experience,an atomization effect monitoring system of tobacco feeding machine based on machine vision is designed.The system uses CCD camera combined with optical fiber endoscope for image acquisition,uses computer vision technology to monitor the atomization angle,spraying position,spraying distance and other data of feeder nozzle in real time,and records relevant images,so as to provide standard support for improving feeding uniformity. Three batches of "Shuangxi" brand cigarettes produced by Guangzhou cigarette factory are tested,and the spraying angle and spraying distance are monitored in real time. The results show that the system can better help the process optimization of the atomization system of the feeding machine,improve the production quality and enhance the product competitiveness.
