摘　　要：参加党的一大的代表均为男性,看起来这似乎是一次与女性无关的会议,其实女性与之有着密不可分的联系。党的一大没有女性代表,与早期共产主义组织成员中女性所占比例很小、代表名额的分配标准、党处于初创时期缺乏统一的规章及没有严格的组织手续等诸多因素有关系。虽然党的一大没有女性代表,但中国女性在党的一大历史中并不是一片空白,王会悟、黄绍兰等女性有意或无意地为党的一大顺利召开和中国共产党的创建作出了独特贡献。The fact that all delegates at the First National Congress of the CPC were male seemingly suggests the meeting has nothing to do with female, but in fact women were directly and inextricably linked to it. The absence of women delegates at the Party’s first Congress could be attributed to the small proportion of women in the membership of the early communist organisations, the criteria for allocating delegates to the Congress, the lack of unified regulations and the absence of strict organisational procedures during the early years of the Party. Although there were no female delegates to the Party’s first Congress, Chinese women were not absent in its history. Women such as Wang Hui-wu and Huang Shao-lan, intentionally or unintentionally, made unique contributions to the smooth convening of the Party’s first Congress and the founding of the CPC.
