摘  要:为研究简支钢桁梁桥弦杆更换过程中内力变化及传递规律,以大莱龙铁路辛沙公路1#桥为研究对象,对出现弦杆受损钢桁梁桥进行有限元仿真模拟分析和现场检测,掌握该桥梁的工作状态和受力特征。分5种工况对存在弦杆损伤的钢桁梁桥、弦杆更换过程中内力的传递及加固后桥梁状态进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明,被撞击的弦杆受损后已不能满足桥梁刚度要求,需进行更换修复;弦杆更换过程中桁架内力转移至临时支架,更换完成后再恢复到主桁结构,钢桁梁桥恢复到正常承载力状态,能够满足规范所要求的强度、刚度和稳定性要求。In order to study the internal force change and transfer rule in the replacement process of string bar of a simply supported steel truss bridge,this paper took No.1 bridge of Dalailong Railway and Xinsha Highway as the research object,to test the working state and stress characteristics of the steel truss bridge with string bar damage,by using finite element simulation analysis and on-site detection.The finite element analysis of steel truss bridge with chord damage,the transfer of internal force during chord replacement and the state of the bridge after reinforcement were carried out under five working conditions.The results show that the damaged chord cannot meet the stiffness requirements of the bridge and should be replaced and repaired.During the process of chord replacement,the internal force of the truss will be transferred to the temporary support,and then restored to the main truss structure after replacement.The steel truss bridge will be restored to the normal bearing capacity,which can meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability required by the code.
