摘  要:新时期我国对新型客站的巨大投入,其目标不是一个自我满足的一站式服务的交通枢纽,而是期望其作为城市触媒带动其周边城市片区的协同发展,这需要客站与城市空间的有机衔接和互动,步行网络的构建是影响站城融合的关键要素。本文基于我国站域空间活力提升的需求,通过国内外站域案例的比较,剖析步行网络与站域空间发展的互馈机制,探讨点块、点轴和点网3种站域步行系统结构模式的特征,分析了站域肌理、土地利用、开发强度、功能空间和交通规划5种步行网络建构要素,并在此基础上提出了性能化设计、分层分流、链接成网、资源链接、统一规划5种优化策略,可促进站域步行网络的建构,提升站域活力,实现站域协同发展和客站的可持续建设。In the new era, our country’s huge investment in new passenger stations does not aim to be a self-satisfied one-stop service transportation hub, but to act as an urban catalyst to drive the coordinated development of its surrounding urban areas. This requires an organic connection between the passenger station and the urban space. Interaction, the construction of a pedestrian network is a key element that affects the integration of stations and cities. Based on the demand for improving the vitality of the station space in China, this paper analyzes the mutual feedback mechanism of the pedestrian network and the development of the station space through the comparison of the domestic and foreign station area cases. It discusses the three structural modes of the station area pedestrian system of the point block, point axis and point network. The characteristics of the station area, land use, development intensity, functional space, and transportation planning five pedestrian network construction elements are analyzed. On this basis, performance-based design, hierarchical distribution, link formation, resource link, and unified plan five optimization strategies are proposed to promote the construction of the station area pedestrian network, enhance the station area’s vitality, and realize the coordinated development of the station city and the sustainable construction of the passenger station.
