摘 要:青藏高原及其东缘高山区的交通建设和能源开发,需要修建众多的深埋长大隧道,采用TBM掘进具有显著优势。依托西藏雅鲁藏布大峡谷DXL隧道双护盾TBM掘进施工,就隧址区工程地质环境、基于尾渣的围岩特征信息的即时获取方法以及围岩性态判别等进行了研究。结果表明:(1)高地应力环境下,隧址区裂隙性硬质围岩微细观破裂,造成宏观大变形是引起TBM掘进机卡机的主要原因;(2)综合尾渣分析和管片灌浆孔观测,能够获得隧道掌子面附近围岩即时岩性、岩体结构与变形性态等重要信息及参数;(3)基于围岩即时信息及参数,提出围岩工程地质性态即时分析指标及原则,能够定量地对双护盾TBM掘进隧道围岩工程地质性态做出综合的即时判断。本文的理念和思路为双护盾TBM掘进和传统隧道施工地质超前预测预报提供了一种简单、有效、即时的补充方法。Numerous long and deep tunnels would be constructed for the development of transport and energy resources in the high mountains along the Qinghai-Tibet plateau and its eastern margin. The TBM tunneling method has significant advantages. Based on the double-shield TBM project of DXL tunnel in Brahmaputra grand canyon, Tibet, the engineering geological conditions of tunnel site, the tail ballastless-dependent instant acquisition and real-time features of surrounding rock were presented. The results show that(1) the main reason for jamming TBM was that the fracture of cracked and hard rock mass led to large deformation of surrounding rock under high geostress.(2) Valuable information and parameters of real-time lithology, rock mass structure and deformation near the tunnel face could be obtained immediately by comprehensive observation of tail ballastless and segment grouting holes.(3) Based on the real-time information and index of surrounding rock, the real-time discriminant analysis index and criterion of engineering geological features of surrounding rock was proposed, which can quantificationally evaluate the real-time engineering geological features of surrounding rock at the double-shield TBM face. The thoughts described in the paper can provide a simple, effective and real-time geology forecast supplementary method for double-shied TBM and traditional tunnel excavation.
