摘 要:目的在尊古的基础上结合现代技术,优选经方泻白散标准煎液制备工艺参数,为中药经典名方的研究提供参考。方法考证古籍中泻白散制备方法,通过高效液相色谱法测定指纹图谱相似度、地骨皮乙素、甘草苷和甘草酸量值传递转移率、浸出率等指标优选最佳工艺。结果泻白散标准煎液制备方法为取桑白皮、地骨皮各41.3g,甘草4.13g,粉碎过一号筛,加粳米10.5g,水1260mL,武火煎煮至沸腾后调至文火保持微沸,煎至880mL。用100目滤布进行固液分离,所得的滤液在60℃浓缩后冷冻干燥(T<-40℃,Vac<20Pa),即得泻白散标准煎液冻干粉。结论在还原经典的基础上,所确定的泻白散标准煎液的制备方法科学合理、稳定可行,为其质量标准的建立及复方制剂的开发研究奠定基础。Objective On the basis of venerating the ancient and combining with modern technology,the preparation process parameters of Xiebaisan standard decoction were optimized to provide reference for the study of Chinese classical prescriptions.Methods The preparation method of Xiebaisan in ancient books was researched,and the best technology was optimized by HPLC determination of fingerprint similarity,Kukoamine B,Liquiritin and Glycyrrhizin content transfer rate,leaching rate and other indexes.Results The preparation method of the standard decoction of Xiebaisan was as follows:41.3 g of mulberry bark,41.3 g of Radix Glycyrrhizae,and 4.13 g of licorice,crushed through No.1 sieve,10.5 g of japonica rice and 1260 mL of water.After boiling,Wu Huo was adjusted to keep slightly boiling and fried until 880 mL.The solid-liquid separation was carried out with 100 mesh filter cloth,and the filtrate was concentrated at 60℃ and then freeze-dried(T<-40℃,Vac<20 Pa).The freeze-dried powder of Xiebaisan standard decoction was obtained.Conclusion In this experiment,on the basis of reducing the classic,the preparation method of Xiebaisan standard decoction is scientific,reasonable,stable and feasible,which lays a foundation for the establishment of its quality standard and the development and research of compound preparation.
