通元针法对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压症状评分、血脂水平的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察并评估赖新生教授通元针法对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压(EH)患者的症状评分、血脂水平的影响。方法将200例(15例脱落)患者随机分为观察组(92例)和对照组(93例)。两组均口服硝苯地平控释片为基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予通元针法,每周2次,治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后血压、症状评分及血脂水平的变化。结果治疗后观察组SBP、DBP与对照组比较降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组SBP、DBP均降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眩晕、头痛、面部烘热、烦躁易怒、耳鸣、失眠的各症状评分与对照组相比下降(P<0.05),观察组各症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组仅眩晕及耳鸣评分降低(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C较对照组降低,HDL-C较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口服硝苯地平控释片基础上,赖新生教授通元针法对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压具有抗高血压、改善临床症状及控制血脂水平的作用。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of Professor Lai Xinsheng’s Tongyuan Acupuncture on the symptom score and blood lipid level of patients with upper hyperactive liver-Yang type of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 200 patients(15 cases dropped off)were randomized into an observation group(92 cases)and a control group(93 cases).On the basis of treatment in the control group,the observation group was given Tongyuan acupuncture twice a week for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,symptom score and blood lipid level were observed before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Compared before treatment,the SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the SBP and DBP were both lowered and were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the two groups;The symptom scores of dizzy,headache,facial fever,irritability,tinnitus,and insomnia in the observation group decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than before(P<0.05),and the control group only dizziness and tinnitus scores decreased(P<0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral nifedipine controlled-release tablets,Professor Lai Xinsheng’s Tongyuan Acupuncture has antihypertensive effects,improving clinical symptoms and controlling blood lipid levels in essential hypertension with upper hyperactive liver-Yang.
