摘　　要：2020年10月中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会发布了《男性骨质疏松症诊疗指南》,本文结合《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南(2017)》,对《男性骨质疏松症诊疗指南》从骨质疏松流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断和鉴别诊断,以及治疗等方面进行解读。In October 2020,Chinese Society of Osteoporosis and Bone Mineral Research issued the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Male Osteoporosis.Taken together with the Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis(2017),this article interprets guideline for male osteoporosis from the aspects of osteoporosis epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment.
