摘  要:Inspired by the excellent sensory function of skin,many efforts have been devoted to developing advanced wearable and epidermal electronic sensors,aiming to realize the accurate and rapid detection of physiological signals and human body movement[1,2].As a highly sensitive and conformable wearable electronic device,the layered electronic skins,of which the piezoresistive,dielectric or piezoelectric sensing layer with special microstructure is sandwiched between two electrodes,have been widely investigated and applied in this field[3-6].
