摘  要:当自然灾害等极端事件发生时,配电网可能受到严重破坏,引起大停电事故并造成重大经济损失。为了有效地减少由极端事件引发停电造成的经济损失,文中提出了基于用户停电损失评估的有源配电网灾后供电恢复模型,利用多种分布式电源和储能系统快速恢复重要负荷,提升配电网韧性。基于不同类别电力用户停电损失的间接评估方法,建立了最小化用户停电损失的目标函数,并针对孤岛融合提出了改进辐射状拓扑约束,实现孤岛数目的在线优化。结合多种配电网供电恢复约束,将包含不同类型分布式电源和储能系统的配电网多时间段故障恢复问题建模,并线性化为混合整数线性规划模型。最后,通过改进的IEEE 33节点配电系统算例和仿真验证了所提模型的有效性。When extreme events such as natural disasters occur, the distribution network may be seriously damaged, resulting in a blackout and significant economic loss. In order to reduce the economic loss caused by extreme event-induced outages directly and effectively, this paper proposes a post-disaster power supply restoration model for active distribution networks based on customer interruption cost(CIC) assessment. Multiple distributed generators(DGs) and energy storage systems(ESSs) can be utilized to quickly recover important loads and improve the resilience of the distribution network. Based on the indirect assessment methods of different types of CICs, an objective function of minimizing the CIC is established, and an improved radial topology constraint is proposed for island fusion to realize the online optimization of the number of islands. Combined with various power supply restoration constraints for distribution networks, the multi-period dynamic restoration problem of the distribution network including multi-type DGs and ESSs is modeled and linearized into a mixed-integer linear programming model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by a modified IEEE 33-bus distribution system example and simulation.
