加味当归四逆汤配合温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味当归四逆汤配合温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨关节炎按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,研究组采用加味当归四逆汤配合温针灸治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分评定2组疼痛程度,采用膝关节骨性关节炎自评量表(WOMAC)评定2组膝关节功能,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组VAS、WOMAC评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后,研究组治疗后VAS、WOMAC评分均较低(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.33%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:加味当归四逆汤配合温针灸能够明显提高膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能,降低疼痛程度,提高治疗效果,且安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Danggui Sini tang combined with warmingneedle moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of celecoxib capsules,and the study group was treated with modified Danggui Sini tang combined with warming-needle moxibustion.The degree of pain in the two groups was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and the knee joint function in the two groups was evaluated by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC).The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of VAS and WOMAC in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the above two scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in the study group,higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of modified Danggui Sini tang combined with warming-needle moxibustion can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the curative effect,with great safety.
