半夏白术天麻汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的疗效及对内皮功能的影响。方法:将108例高血压病患者随机分为对照组与观察组各54例,对照组予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组予厄贝沙坦及半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血压及内皮功能变化,并比较2组治疗后临床疗效与不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率98.15%,高于对照组81.48%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组眩晕头重、纳呆痰多、胸闷乏力等中医证候积分及内皮素-1(ET-1)均降低(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后眩晕头重、纳呆痰多、胸闷乏力等中医证候积分及ET-1均较低(P<0.05),NO较高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.56%,低于对照组20.37%(P<0.05)。结论:采用厄贝沙坦联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病患者,可显著改善其眩晕、乏力不适等症状,降低血压,改善患者血管内皮功能,提高疗效,还可降低药物不良反应。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma tang combined with irbesartan for hypertension and its effect on endothelial function.Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma tang combined with irbesartan.Changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,blood pressure,and endothelial function before and after treatment,as well as clinical effect and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 98.15%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.48%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of dizziness and heavy-headedness,torpid intake and profuse phlegm,and oppression in the chest and lack of strength,as well as endothelin-1(ET-1)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and nitric oxide(NO)was increased(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of dizziness and heavy-headedness,torpid intake and profuse phlegm,and oppression in the chest and lack of strength,as well as endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and NO was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%in the observation group,lower than that of 20.37%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with hypertension,Banxia Baizhu Tianma tang combined with irbesartan can significantly relieve dizziness,lack of strength,discomfort and other symptoms,lower blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function and curative effect,and reduce drug adverse reactions.
