刍议小柴胡汤治疗神经性耳鸣的应用思路与体会

摘　　要：神经性耳鸣作为临床常见病、多发病,是世界公认的难治性疾病之一。临床所见现代人正气不足、情志不畅,导致少阳枢机不利,肝郁化火,上扰耳窍而发为少阳耳鸣,应当从少阳论治,临床常用小柴胡汤加减治疗,以达到扶正祛邪、疏利三焦的效果。Neurogenic tinnitus,as a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,is recognized as an intractable disease in the world.According to clinical observation,modern people are in the condition of healthy qi deficiency and emotional disorders,which may lead to dysfunction of lesser yang pivot and liver depression transforming into fire,and such fire will harass the ear and then results in tinnitus in lesser yang disease;therefore,the treatment should be focused on lesser yang.Modified Xiaochaihu tang can be used in the clinical treatment to reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors as well as clear and dredge the triple energizers.
