参芪降糖片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪降糖片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及对血脂、血糖的影响。方法:回顾性选取106例T2DM患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各53例。2组均给予糖尿病饮食及运动降糖指导。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参芪降糖片治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、血脂、血糖水平,统计临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组79.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组倦怠乏力、气短懒言、口渴喜饮、心悸、失眠多梦、舌质淡红等中医证候评分均降低,且观察组各项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,且观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.66%,低于对照组16.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖片联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,调节血糖、血脂,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenqi Jiangtang pills combined with metformin for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effects on blood lipid and blood glucose.Methods:Clinical data of 106 cases of T2DM patients were selected retrospectively,and all patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were given guidance on diabetes diet and exercise to lower blood glucose;the control group was additionally treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenqi Jiangtang pills based on the treatment of the control group.Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of blood lipid and blood glucose before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were counted.Results:The total effective rate was92.45%in the observation group,higher than that of 79.25%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of fatigue and lack of strength,shortness of breath and disinclination to talk,dry mouth with desire for drink,palpitations,insomnia and profuse dreaming,and pale red tongue in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and each Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(P2hBG),hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above six levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence
