张锡纯肝主脱学术思想研究及临床应用

摘　　要：通过系统整理张锡纯对元气的认识、肝升发布散元气、三焦是元气运行的通道以及治则方药等方面阐释张锡纯的肝主脱学术思想,该思想核心为收敛固涩元气,治则强调敛肝补肝,药物选择喜重用山萸肉,代表方药为张锡纯创制的来复汤,且在张锡纯肝主脱思想指导下应用于慢性心力衰竭为代表的慢性虚弱性疾病的诊疗,临床收到较好疗效。Through systematically sorting out ZHANG Xichun’s understanding of vitality,liver rising and releasing vitality energy,Sanjiao is the channel through which vitality qi runs,and prescriptions to explain ZHANG Xichun’s academic thought of the liver governs detoxification.The core of this thought is to converge and consolidate vitality,while treatment emphasizes to condense the liver and invigorate the liver,the medicine selection prefers to use Furctus Corni.The representative prescription is the Laifu Decoction created by ZHANG Xichun,and it is used in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic debilitating diseases represented by chronic heart failure under the guidance of ZHANG Xichun’s thought of liver governs detoxification,received better results.
