摘 要:采用传统固相法制备了Sm_(x)Sr_(1-x)Al_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(3)(0≤x≤0.4)陶瓷,所得陶瓷样品均为单相结构。X射线衍射精修数据证实了Sm_(2)O_(3)和Al_(2)O_(3)的掺入有效地增大了A位和B位阳离子与氧离子之间的键价值,拉曼图谱显示随着共掺量增加,TO_(2)、A_(1g)振动模式增强,A位和B位离子有序度增大。另外Sm_(2)O_(3)和Al_(2)O_(3)优化了陶瓷的微观形貌。结合键价理论和拉曼分析了随x变化[TiO_(6)]八面体等结构演变对其微波介电性能的影响,陶瓷样品的介电常数逐渐下降,品质因子增加,其频率温度系数向正方向漂移。Sm_(x)Sr_(1-x)Al_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(3)(0≤x≤0.4)ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid phase method.The ceramic samples obtained were all single phase structure.X-ray diffraction refinement data confirmed that the incorporation of Sm_(2)O_(3)and Al_(2)O_(3)effectively increased the bond value between cations at A and B sites and oxygen ions.Raman spectra showed that with the increase of co-mixing amount,the vibration modes of TO_(2)and A1g were enhanced,and the order degree of ions at A and B sites increased.In addition,Sm_(2)O_(3)and Al_(2)O_(3)optimize the microstructure of the ceramics.Based on the bond valence theory and Raman analysis of the effects of the evolution of[TiO_(6)]octahedron and other structures on the microwave dielectric properties,the dielectric constant of the ceramic sample decreases gradually,the quality factor increases,and the frequency temperature coefficient shifts to a positive direction.
