摘  要:引入银纳米线为抗菌活性物质,通过配置均匀分散的抗菌液并结合磨抛工艺,将银纳米线均匀填充于抛釉砖表面微孔中,制备了一种同时对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌具有优异的抗菌性能的抛釉砖。另外,通过优化抗菌液中的银纳米线固含量,确定了当抗菌液用量为20 mL/m^(2)、银纳米线固含量为1 mg/mL时,所制备的抗菌抛釉砖对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌抗菌性能和抗菌耐久性能均能达到99.99%以上。In this paper,we prepared a polished glazed tile with excellent antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at the same time,produced through a two-step synthetic method:Firstly,prepared uniformly dispersed antibacterial liquid by introducing silver nanowires as antibacterial active substances.Then uniformly filled the micropores on the surface of polished glazed tiles with silver nanowires by grinding and polishing technology.In addition,both the antibacterial performance and antibacterial durability against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli can reach more than 99.99%when the amount of antibacterial liquid is more than 20 mL/m^(2) that the solid content of silver nanowires is 1 mg/mL.
