摘 要:对边部存在发白色差缺陷的5052-H32铝合金带材,采用粗糙度仪检测表面粗糙度、金相显微镜观察晶粒度及第二相粒子、XRF荧光光谱仪测试元素、扫描电镜(SEM)进行形貌分析和能谱(EDS)化学成分分析。分析了两边部发白色差表面质量缺陷产生的原因。结合生产实际以及实验验证,分别从边部氧化腐蚀、退火高温氧化、轧制油油品等三个方面采取措施进行改善,使双边发白色差质量缺陷带卷比例下降至1%以下,效果显著。The surface roughness of 5052-H32 aluminum alloy strip with bilateral white aberration was tested with roughmeter.The crystalline and second-phase particle were tested with metallographic microscope.The elements were tested with XRF fluorescence spectroine-ter.The morphology and the energy spectrum(EDS)chemical composition were tested with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The cause for bilateral white aberration was studied.Measures were taken on lateral oxidation corrosion,high-temperatUTe annealing oxidation,physics and chemistry indicators of rolling oil based on prodution and experiment.The ratio of bilateral white aberration on 5052 aluminum alloy strip decreased to below 1%.Remarka-ble effects were obtained.
