摘 要:利用热轧复合工艺制备Ti-6Al-4V/6061/AZ31B(简称Ti/Al/Mg)叠层复合板,并研究了轧制温度对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,Ti/A/Mg叠层复合板中Ti/Al及A/Mg界面结合良好。铝层和镁层的组织在厚度方向上是不均匀的,镁层组织的不均匀是由于轧辊与板材表面之间的摩擦力所致,铝层组织的不均匀是由于铝层与钛层及铝层与镁层之间的不协调变形造成的。铝层织构在厚度方向上的变化与组织变化相一致。Al/Mg界面处及铝中心层的织构包含p-fiber、Goss和剩余cube取向。而A/Ti界面处织构主要是r-cube取向和γ-fiber织构。在轧制变形量约为29%时,随轧制温度从400℃升高到500℃,复合板的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率降低。Ti-6Al4V/6061/AZ31B laminated composites were fabricated by hot-roll bonding.The effect of rolling temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites was investigated.The results show that the Ti/Al/Mg lami-nated composites exhibites a good Ti/Al and Al/Mg interfacial bonding.The development of microstructure through the thickness of Mg and Al layers is inhomogeneous.The inhomogene-ity of microstructure in Mg layer can be attributed to the effect of the friction between the roll and sheet surface.The inhomogeneity of microstructure in Al layer was due to the uncoordi-nated deformation between Al,Ti layers and between Al,Mg layers.A significant texture gradient through the thickness of Al layer is observed.The texture of Al layer in the region near the Al/Mg interface and in the center consists of β-fiber,Goss and remaining cube compo-nents,while the region near the Al/Ti interface is dominated by pronounced r-cube component and γ-fiber textures.For the laminated composites fabricated by about 29%reduction,the UTS,YS and elongation decreases with the rolling temperature increases from 400℃ to 500℃.
