摘 要:针对柔性钻杆球面密封存在O形圈密封困难的问题,设计了一种适用于该钻杆的球面密封结构,并利用有限元软件建立了该密封结构的三维有限元模型,分析了不同工况下异形密封圈最大Von Mises应力的变化关系,以及密封面接触应力与平均接触应力对球面密封的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着压缩率、密封面宽度以及内外压差的增大,密封圈最大Von Mises应力出现在其内部靠外压一侧,呈逐渐增大的趋势,且均小于材料屈服强度;密封面接触应力呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,且密封面平均接触应力与两端接触应力均大于被密封流体压力,实现了良好的密封效果。所得结果可为柔性钻杆球面密封结构设计提供一定的科学依据。Considering that the spherical sealing of flexible drill pipe cannot be realized effectively using O-ring, a specific spherical sealing structure of flexible drill pipe was designed, and a three-dimensional finite element model of the spherical sealing structure was established to analyze the change of the maximum Von Mises stress of the special-shaped sealing ring under different working conditions and the influence of the contact stress and average contact stress of the sealing surface on the spherical sealing. The results show that with the increase of compressibility, sealing surface width and internal-external pressure difference, the maximum Von Mises stress of the sealing ring appears on the inner side of the external pressure, and it tends to increase and is less than the yield strength of the material. The contact stress of the sealing surface decreases and then increases, and the average contact stress of the sealing surface and the contact stress at both ends are greater than the pressure of the fluid to be sealed, thus achieving a good sealing effect. The study results can provide certain scientific basis for the design of the spherical sealing structure of flexible drill pipes.
