摘 要:为解决广州市中心地区变电站因高层建筑、市政设施、历史文物等复杂环境所带来的建设难题,运用风险管理工具,建立影响变电站选址落地风险识别清单及风险可接受性评定指标,确定影响变电站选址落地的控制性风险因素。结合工程案例,提出优化站址平面布置、加强建筑防火设计、设置大跨转换结构、优化建筑结构型式、协调进出线路管廊等多项风险应对策略。In order to solve the problem of substation construction in central area of Guangzhou due to the complex environment such as high-rise buildings,municipal facilities and historical relics,risk management tools are used to determine the controlling risk factors affecting substation location by establishing the risk identification list and risk acceptability assessment index.Combined with the project case,a number of risk response strategies such as optimizing site plan layout,strengthening building fire protection design,setting up large-span transfer structure,optimizing building layout and structure type,coordinating incoming and outgoing pipe gallery lines are put forward.
