摘　　要：蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)是新型的用于处理低浓度有机废气的一种无害化处理设备。其原理是利用低浓度有机物在800~900℃低温区发生氧化反应放热,热量通过蓄热陶瓷传递给进气气体,实现达标排放的目的。文章是对基础化工生产基地环氧丙烷装置废气进行RTO方式的处理来彻底解决环保难题。Regenerative incinerator(RTO)is a new kind of harmless treatment equipment for low concentration organic waste gas.Its principle is to use low concentration of organic matter in the low temperature area of 800~900℃oxidation reaction heat release,heat transfer to the intake gas through heat storage ceramics,and achieve the purpose of emission standards.This paper deals with the waste gas of epoxy propane unit in basic chemical production base in RTO way to solve the problem of environmental protection thoroughly.
