摘 要:目前渤海油田均采用注水采油技术做为海上油田高产稳产的主要手段,但是各油田大都处于开发开采的中后期,注水的水质条件较为恶劣,导致注水井井下管柱结垢严重,使得注水井压力上升快,难以达到油藏配注要求。分层调配过程中压力高、井下结垢严重等问题导致工作人员无法顺利进行钢丝作业,更为严重时甚至会出现注水管柱无法起出而转为大修作业的复杂情况。现常规方法需要起出注水管柱进行洗井,存在工期时间长,作业费用高等问题。文章结合现场作业经历针对注水管柱结垢介绍目前注水管柱的改进工艺技术,并进行简要比较。Currently the Bohai oilfield by water injection oil production technology as the primary means of high and stable yield in offshore oil field,but mostly in the mid and late development of mining,the oilfield water injection conditions of water quality is relatively poor,lead to scale and injection well downhole string problem,makes the injection pressure rise fast,hard to meet the requirements of reservoir injection allocation.Hierarchical deployment process of high pressure,downhole scaling cause will be able to run smoothly,steel line on water injection string can't out and occurs more serious to the complexities of major repair.Now the conventional method need to pull out of the water injection string to wash well,long period of time,operation cost is high.In this paper,in combination with field work experience on water injection string scaling introduced the improvement of water injection string technology at present,and compared briefly.
