摘  要:非线性失真放大器装置主要由晶体管、模拟开关等元器件所构成的非线性失真信号发生放大器和基于STM32的总谐波失真度测量仪组成,可以用于产生在模拟电子电路中常见的4种非线性失真信号,即顶部、底部、双向和交越失真信号,测试仪可以用于对上述4种非线性失真信号进行总谐波失真度的测量。在软硬联调测试中,该非线性失真放大器装置可以输出4种增益大于100倍的非线性失真信号,测量得到顶部、底部、双向、交越失真信号的总谐波失真度分别为17.0%、16.0%、10.9%、18.5%,与专业的频谱测试仪器测量得到结果近似。Nonlinear distortion is mainly composed of the transistor amplifier device,analog switch and other components of nonlinear distortion signal amplifier and total harmonic distortion degree measuring instrument based on STM32 of analog electronic circuit can be used to produce the four kinds of common nonlinear distortion in the signal,the top,bottom,two-way,and the distortion of the signal,The tester can be used to measure the total harmonic distortion of the four kinds of nonlinear distortion signals.In the soft-hard coupling test,the nonlinear distortion amplifier can output four kinds of nonlinear distortion signals with gain more than 100,and the total harmonic distortion of the top,bottom,bidirectional and crossover distortion signals measured are 17.0%,16.0%,10.9%and 18.5%,respectively,which are similar to the results obtained by professional spectrum testing instruments.
