双钩异翅长蠹成虫触角及其感器的形态观察

摘  要:双钩异翅长蠹是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物,常随木材、竹材、藤材、木质包装等调运作远距离传播。当前缺乏关于其化学感知,特别是触角感器方面的基础信息,限制了植物源引诱剂和聚集信息素的控虫应用。本文利用环境扫描电镜,对双钩异翅长蠹成虫的触角及其感器的类型、数量、分布及超微形态进行了研究。结果发现:双钩异翅长蠹触角有性二型现象,共10节,分布有毛型感器、锥型感器、栓锥型乳突状、刺型感器(3类亚型)、蒲姆氏鬃毛、腔锥型感器等6类8种感器,其中锥型感器和栓锥型乳突状为典型的嗅觉感器,且仅分布于棒节侧面的凹槽内。Heterobostrychus aequalis,a quarantine pest of imported plants,is frequently spread over a long distance during transportation of timber,bamboo wood,rattan wood and wooden packing,etc. Basic information about its chemical perception,especially its antennal sensilla,is still absent,limiting applications of plant-derived attractants and aggression pheromone in pest control. In this study,an environment scanning electron microscope is utilized to investigate antennae and types,quantity,distribution and ultrastructures of sensilla of adult H. aequalis. The results showed that the antennae of H. aequalis was of sexual dimorphism in size and consisted of ten subsegments. Eight distinctive types of sensilla were identified from the female and male antennae,including trichoid sensilla,basiconic sensilla,basiconic capitate peg sensilla,three subtypes of chaetica sensilla,B?hm’s bristles and coeloconic sensilla. Both Basiconic sensilla and basiconic capitate peg sensilla were the typical olfactory receptors and only distributed on the lateral socket of the club segment.
