摘　　要：赤背寡妇蛛是全世界毒性最强的蜘蛛之一,也是一种入侵种。我国口岸在进境澳大利亚货物及集装箱中多次截获该种蜘蛛。本文详细介绍了赤背寡妇蛛的入侵史和潜在适生区、扩散方式和口岸截获情况、对人体健康及环境的危害以及生物学和生态学特性,并给出了形态鉴定特征和DNA条形码鉴定方法,建议口岸应加强对该种的检疫、鉴定及监测,防止该种入侵我国。Australian redback spider,Latrodectus hasselti Thorell,1870,is one of the most venomous spiders in the world,and it is also an invasive species. It has been intercepted from goods and containers from Australia for many times at China ports. This paper introduces its invasion history,potential distributions,dispersal mode,port interception,harm to human health and environment,biological and ecological characteristics,gives the morphological identification characteristics and DNA barcoding identification method,and finally suggests to strengthen the quarantine,identification and monitoring of this species so as to prevent its invasion to China.
