摘  要:ISSR分子标记可较好地应用于南瓜种质资源遗传多样性分析和亲缘关系鉴定.以嫩食型南瓜为材料,采用ISSR分子标记技术对其遗传多样性进行分析.结果表明,17条引物可扩增出99条带,其中多态性条带97条,多态性比例为97.79%.在遗传相似系数0.74处,将试验材料分为两大类:第1类群包含27份嫩食型南瓜材料,可分为4个亚组;其他5份瓜类(外群)则聚类到第2类群.ISSR molecular markers can be used to analyze genetic diversity and clarify their genetic relationships of pumpkin germplasm resources. In this study, the selected fresh-edible pumpkin varieties were determined by ISSR technology for genetic diversity and cluster analysis. The results showed that the total of 99 bands were amplified by 17 primers, in which 97 bands were polymorphic, and the polymorphic locus ratio was 97.79%. At the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.74, the test varieties were divided into two categories: the first group contains 27 fresh-edible pumpkin varieties, which can be further divided into four subgroups. The second group was composed by five other cucurbits(out group).
