摘  要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)指不编码蛋白质的基因转录产物,参与多种生物学过程,其异常表达与许多疾病有关。lncRNA在免疫调节中发挥重要作用,参与固有免疫与适应性免疫过程,与自身免疫性疾病有关。近年来研究发现,lncRNA可在mRNA转录、蛋白质翻译和修饰等过程中发挥调控作用;且可与转录激活物共同作用于基因座的敏感位点,调控自身免疫性疾病的发生发展,这提示lncRNA具有成为疾病诊断生物标志物的潜能。然而,大部分研究尚停留在差异性表达层面,涉及具体作用机制的研究报道仍较少。鉴于其在自身免疫性疾病临床诊断方面的较大应用价值,进一步的相关研究值得关注。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of gene transcription product that does not encode protein and is involved in a variety of biological processes.Its abnormal expression is associated with a variety of diseases.LncRNA plays an important role in immune regulation of innate and adaptive immunity,and is associated with the occurrence of autoimmune diseases.Recent studies have found that lncRNA can regulate mRNA transcription,protein translation and modification process,and can act with sensitive sites of loci with transcriptional activators to regulate the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases,which suggest that lncRNA has the potential to become a biomarker for disease diagnosis.However,most of the researches still concentrate on the differential expression aspect,and there are few reports on the underlying mechanisms.Because of its great application value in the clinical diagnosis of autoimmune diseases,further relevant researches deserve attention.
