摘　　要：亚精胺(spermidine,SPD)是1种天然多胺,可抑制巨噬细胞活化,通过抑制炎症介质释放及下调抗氧化应激水平,诱导细胞自噬,抑制炎症相关信号通路的激活,调节炎症反应程度。文章就SPD在调控巨噬细胞和炎症性疾病中的作用和机制作一综述,以期为炎症性疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。Spermidine(SPD)is a natural polyamine that regulates inflammatory response through multiple processes including inhibition of macrophage activation,inhibition of inflammation-related signaling pathways by means of down-regulation of anti-oxidative stress level,release of inflammatory mediators and induction of autophagy.This article reviews the role and mechanism of SPD in regulating macrophage and inflammatory diseases,to provide references for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
