摘 要:随着社会经济的不断发展,水资源供需失衡、水环境污染等问题日益突出,研究水资源承载力对于解决经济社会发展与生态环境之间的矛盾具有重要意义。为此,从水资源、社会、经济和生态四方面选取武汉市16项指标构建武汉市水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用熵权—灰关联分析法对武汉市2013~2018年水资源承载力进行评价。结果表明,2013~2018年武汉市水资源承载力水平小幅上升,总体平稳。其中2013年武汉市水资源承载综合值处于V_(2)级别,为较弱水平;2014~2018年武汉市水资源承载综合值处于V_(3)级别,为中等水平;社会子系统和水资源子系统对水资源承载力的贡献度较高;城镇化率、水利环境固定资产投资占比和工业用水重复利用率是武汉市水资源承载力的关键影响因素。With the continuous development of the social economy, the imbalance between the supply and demand of water resources, and the increasingly prominent problems of water environment pollution, studying the carrying capacity of water resources is of great significance for solving the contradiction between economic and social development and the ecological environment. Taking Wuhan as the research area, this paper selects 16 indicators from four aspects of water resources, society, economy and ecology to construct the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity in Wuhan, and adopts entropy weight-grey correlation analysis method to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Wuhan from 2013 to 2018. The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of Wuhan City increased slightly from 2013 to 2018, and remained stable overall. Among them, the comprehensive value of water resources carrying capacity in Wuhan in 2013 is at the V_(2) level, which is a relatively weak level;The comprehensive value of water resources carrying capacity in Wuhan in 2014-2018 is at the V_(3) level, which is a medium level;The social subsystem and the water resources subsystem have a high degree of contribution to the carrying capacity of water resources;The urbanization rate, the proportion of investment in fixed assets of water conservancy and the environment, and the reuse rate of industrial water are the key influencing factors of the water resources carrying capacity in Wuhan.
