摘 要:采用设置生物膜净水栅搭配水生植物浮床对比实验的方法,在6口草鱼混养池塘开展水质修复效果和养殖效益的研究。结果显示,在7个月的养殖期间,试验组pH值和DO值分别高于对照组3.89%、7.89%(P>0.05),NH_(3)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、COD、TN、TP浓度分别显著低于对照组32.95%、29.73%、23.86%、22.59%和39.80%(P<0.05)。藻类生物多样性指数高于对照组9.51%(P>0.05),藻类密度显著低于对照组29.39%(P<0.05),蓝藻相对密度极其显著低于对照组71.38%(P<0.01),藻类生物均匀度指数显著高于对照组20.83%(P<0.05)。养殖成活率和产量分别显著高于对照组5.68%、20.39%(P<0.05),饲料系数显著低于对照组9.95%(P<0.05)。说明生物膜净水栅搭配水生植物浮床能够显著改善养殖水环境,减少病害的发生,促进增产增收,应用推广前景广阔。In order to determine the effect of integrated biofilm fence and aquatic plant floating bed on repairing the water environment of grass carp cocultured ponds,we selected 6 ponds for test and control groups,3 each.The results showed that during a 7 month trial,the pH and DO values of test group were 3.89%and 7.89%higher than those of control group(P>0.05),and the concentrations of NH_(3)-N,NO_(2)^(-)-N,COD,TN and TP were 32.95%,29.73%,23.86%,22.59%and 39.80%lower than those of control group(significant,P<0.05).The algal biodiversity index was 9.51%higher than that of the control(P>0.05),the algal density was 29.39%lower than that of the control(significant,P<0.05),and the relative density of blue-green algae was 71.38%lower than that of the control(extremely significant,P<0.01).The algal biomass uniformity index was 20.83%higher than that of the control(significant,P<0.05).The survival rate and yield of culture were 5.68%and 20.39%higher than those of the control(significant,P<0.05).The feed coefficient was 9.95%lower than that of the control(significant,P<0.05).Our findings showed that the biofilm fence and aquatic plant floating bed can significantly improve the aquaculture water environment,reduce the occurrence of diseases,increase production and income,thus have broad application prospects.
