摘 要:珊瑚苗种的培育是珊瑚礁生态修复的关键,研究不同种类珊瑚断枝幼苗的生长情况将有助于珊瑚移植种的选择,提高育苗效率。本研究选取形态为枝状的指状蔷薇珊瑚(Montipora digitata)、片状的十字牡丹珊瑚(Pavona decussata)及块状的澄黄滨珊瑚(Porites lutea),共三种造礁石珊瑚为研究对象,在实验室条件下人工培育珊瑚断枝幼苗六个月,分析其生长状况及其与共生藻间的关系。结果显示:三种珊瑚断枝的体积增长倍数及重量增长倍数存在显著差异,由高到低依次为:指状蔷薇珊瑚>十字牡丹珊瑚>澄黄滨珊瑚;三种珊瑚断枝的体积增长倍数及重量增长倍数与其共生藻Fv/Fm值均呈正相关;与D1a、C1型虫黄藻共生的指状蔷薇珊瑚断枝生长速度显著高于仅与C1型虫黄藻共生的十字牡丹珊瑚断枝,其Fv/Fm均值差异不显著,而仅与C1型虫黄藻共生的十字牡丹珊瑚生长速度显著高于仅与C15型虫黄藻共生的澄黄滨珊瑚,其Fv/Fm均值差异显著。本文研究结果表明不同种类珊瑚断枝的生长与其共生藻种类及Fv/Fm值密切相关,可为珊瑚礁修复工作中的珊瑚种类选择和断枝培育技术开发提供理论支撑。The cultivation of coral transplants is the key to the ecological restoration of coral reefs.Studying the growth of different types of coral will be helpful to the selection of coral transplant species and improve the transplanting efficiency.In this study,three different types of scleractinian coral fragments were artificially cultured under laboratory conditions for six months to explore the relationship between growth differences and symbiotic zooxanthellae.There were significant differences in the volume and weight growth multiple of the three different forms coral.In the growth rate,Montipora digitata was the highest,which was followed by Pavona decussata and Porites lutea.The volume growth multiples and weight growth multiples of the three species of coral were positively correlated with the Fv/Fm values of their symbiotic algae.The growth rate of Montipora digitata with D1 a and C1 type zooxanthellae as symbionts was significantly higher than that of Montipora digitata with only C1 type zooxanthella as the symbiont.The Fv/Fm mean difference was not significant;however,the growth rate of Pavona decussata with type C1 zooxanthella as the symbiont was significantly higher than that of Porites lutea with type C15 zooxanthella as the symbiont.The mean Fv/Fm difference was significant.The results of this study showed that the growth of different coral species is closely related to the symbiotic algal species and Fv/Fm value,which provided a theoretical support for coral species selection and coral fragments cultivation in coral reef restoration.
