摘  要:在气候变暖导致全球珊瑚礁加速退化的背景下,珊瑚的热耐受性是决定珊瑚礁命运的关键。本研究对三种造礁石珊瑚(澄黄滨珊瑚;十字牡丹珊瑚;鹿角杯形珊瑚)进行了室内短期驯化模拟实验。结果显示:(1)三种造礁石珊瑚在经历32℃与34℃高温胁迫时,珊瑚共生虫黄藻密度、共生虫黄藻暗适应后最大光量子产量(Fv/Fm)都会降低,半胱氨酸d冬氨酸蛋白酶-3酶活性升高。(2)经历过32℃高温胁迫后恢复的三种珊瑚在受到34℃高温胁迫时,其耐热性比对照组(未经受过高温胁迫)有所提高,但不同种珊瑚的驯化效果不同。本研究发现适度的高温胁迫对珊瑚会有一定的驯化作用,研究成果可用于人工增强珊瑚耐热能力,为全球气候变暖背景下的珊瑚礁生态修复提供理论依据。Climate warming has been accelerating the degradation of coral reefs around the world.Heat tolerance is a key factor to determining the fate of coral reefs.In this study,three short-term domestication simulation experiments were carried out in three reef corals,Porites lutea;Pavona decussata and Pocillopora damicornis.The results showed that(1)at 32℃and 34℃,the density of the symbiotic zooxanthellae of three types of coral and the dark-adapted yield(Fv/Fm)of the symbiotic zooxanthellae decreased while their capspase-3 enzymatic activity increased;(2)three types of corals recovering from 32℃stress showed a higher heat resistance than the control(without heat stress)when they were exposed at 34℃,but such domestication effect of different types of corals was different.Our findings were useful to artificially enhance the heat resistance of corals,and provided a theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of coral reefs threatened by global warming.
