摘 要:结构热强度试验中,为加热装置提供能量的大功率装置,同样给环境带来干扰信号,使得闭环控制中反馈信号出现干扰,直接影响控制效果,严重情况下会出现震荡,使系统无法稳定。由于试验加载频率与干扰频率较远,故采用低通滤波器将信号中的高频干扰信号滤去,进而提取有效信号。本文介绍低通滤波器的原理,完成低通数字滤波器的离散推导,并在MTS协调加载控制设备中实现滤波功能。通过仿真以及实验,验证低通数字滤波器减少高频干扰信号的有效性,满足结构热强度试验的加载要求,提高结构热强度试验的试验能力。In the structural thermal strength test,the high-power device that provides energy for the heating device also brings interferenee signal to the environment,which causes the feedback signal in the closed-loop control to interfere,directly affects the control effect,and in serious cases,there will be vibration,which makes the system unstable.Because the test loading frequency is far from the interferenee frequency,the low-pass filter is used to filter out the high-frequency interferenee signal and extract the effective signal.This paper introduces the principle of low-pass filter,completes the discrete derivation of low-pass digital filter,and realizes the filtering function in MTS coordinated loading control equipment.Through simulation and experiment,the effectiveness of low-pass digital filter in reduci ng high-freque ncy interferenee signal is verified,the loading requirements of structural thermal strength test are met,and the test ability of structural thermal strength test is improved.
