摘 要:城市间邻近性是影响其技术创新合作的重要因素。以京津冀城市群为研究对象,基于2009-2018年城市群内部和对外合作申请专利数据,探究多维邻近性对城市技术创新合作的影响以及不同空间尺度下的差异。研究发现:(1)地理邻近性能够促进城市间技术创新合作,并在经济邻近性、技术邻近性对技术创新合作的影响中发挥调节作用;(2)城市间经济差异对技术创新合作没有显著影响,但在同等经济差异下,地理邻近性程度越高合作概率越低,存在核心城市“帮外不帮里”的现象;(3)城市更愿意寻找技术结构差异大的合作对象以谋求更大创新空间,地理邻近性会进一步强化这一偏好;(4)相比于内部技术创新合作,京津冀城市更倾向于与城市群外部城市开展合作,且地理邻近性、技术邻近性在对外合作中具有更强的影响效应。研究结论为解释京津冀城市群内部技术创新协同程度不高等问题提供了新的思路。Proximities are important factors influencing technology innovation cooperation. Based on 2009-2018 internal and external cooperation records of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration on patent application, this paper reexamines the mechanism of multi-dimensional proximities on technology innovation cooperation between cities, and explores the interaction of different mechanism under multiple spatial scales. The paper finds that:(1) The geographical proximity promotes innovation cooperation between cities, and plays a moderating role in the effects of economic proximity and technological proximity on urban technology innovation cooperation;(2) The economic proximity between cities has no significant impact on urban technology innovation cooperation. However, under the same economic proximity, geographical proximity leads to lower probability of cooperation which can be refer to the phenomenon of "major cities prefer helping outsiders to insiders";(3) City is more willing to seek cooperation with cities possessing differential technological structure to find a larger space for innovation, and geographical proximity will further strengthen this preference;(4) Cities are more likely to collaborate with cities outside the agglomeration than inside, and the impact of geographical proximity and technological proximity is more significant during external cooperation. The paper provides a new perspective to explain the low level of innovation synergy within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.
