摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过研究英国国家情报工作制度,为我国国家情报工作制度建设提供经验借鉴。[方法/过程]解读英国国家安全和情报工作相关的法律法规政策、剖析情报机构,重点分析英国国家情报工作制度建设情况及其制度内容。[结果/结论]通过加强情报工作法制建设、强化情报工作组织管理、强化情报工作监督机制、注重情报人才队伍建设、情报工作的逐步公开化、加强反情报工作建设等手段来加强我国国家情报工作制度建设。[Purpose/Significance] Through the study of the UK national intelligence work system, it can give us some enlightenments and references to the national intelligence work system construction. [Method/Process] The author deeply interprets the laws and regulations related to the UK national security and intelligence, deeply analyzes the UK intelligence agencies, and focuses on the construction of the UK national intelligence work system. [Results/Conclusions] To strengthen the national intelligence work system construction of China, we should strengthen the legal system construction of intelligence、the management and supervision mechanism of intelligence, pay attention to the construction of the intelligence talent team and the gradual openness of the intelligence、strengthen counterintelligence work.
