摘 要:随着计算机、导航和机器人技术的革新,临床应用机器人辅助骨科的手术越来越多,如关节置换手术、脊柱手术、骨肿瘤手术、关节镜检查和骨折固定手术,为实现临床疾病微创、精准、个性化治疗提供了一个新的方向。TiRobot是我国自主研发的骨科机器人系统,在脊柱、创伤等骨科手术中得到了广泛的应用。本文对TiRobot在骨折手术中的应用及远程手术的实施进行综述,介绍TiRobot辅助脊柱颈椎骨折、胸腰椎骨折、骨盆髋臼骨折、髋部骨折以及手足部骨折手术的应用进展。With technological innovations in computer,navigation and robotics,more and more robot-assisted orthopaedic surgeries have been put into clinical practice,such as joint replacement surgery,spine surgery,bone tumor surgery,arthroscopy and fracture fixation surgery,providing a new direction for minimally invasive,precise and personalized treatment of diseases in clinic.TiRobot,an orthopedic robotic system independently developed by China,has been widely used in spine and trauma orthopedic surgery.This article reviews the applications of TiRobot in fracture surgery and in remote surgery,and introduces the progress in application of TiRobot to assist treatments of spinal and cervical fractures,thoracolumbar fractures,pelvic and acetabular fractures,hip fractures,and hand and foot fractures.
