宣郁通经汤加减联合布洛芬治疗子宫腺肌症痛经临床研究  

Clinical Study on Modified Xuanyu Tongjing Tang Combined with Ibuprofen for Adenomyosis Dysmenorrhea

摘　　要：目的:观察宣郁通经汤加减联合布洛芬治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取108例子宫腺肌症痛经患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组56例与对照组52例。对照组给予布洛芬分散片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予宣郁通经汤加减治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及痛经持续时间。结果:治疗组总有效率91.07%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组痛经、小腹胀痛、腰骶酸痛积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组痛经、小腹胀痛、腰骶酸痛积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组痛经持续时间均较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),治疗组痛经持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣郁通经汤加减联合布洛芬治疗子宫腺肌症痛经,可有效改善临床症状,缩短痛经持续时间。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xuanyu Tongjing tang combined with ibuprofen for adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 56 and 52 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with ibuprofen dispersible tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Xuanyu Tongjing tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores and duration of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.07% in the treatment group,higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea,lower abdominal distending pain and lumbosacral soreness in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of dysmenorrhea,lower abdominal distending pain and lumbosacral soreness in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the duration of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were shortened when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the duration of dysmenorrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Xuanyu Tongjing tang combined with ibuprofen for adenomyosis dysmenorrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea.
