加味逍遥散联合激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味逍遥散联合激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取80例肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者,按照入院顺序奇偶数分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组予以Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予加味逍遥散治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后皮损评分和生活质量,记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组皮损面积、皮损色泽评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),试验组皮损面积、皮损色泽评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),试验组DLQI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未发生不良反应。结论:加味逍遥散联合激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑,有助于恢复患者受损的皮肤,提高其生活质量,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with laser for chloasma of liver qi stagnation type.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with chloasma of liver qi stagnation type were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the odd and even number of their admission sequence,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG Laser,and the experiment group was additionally treated with modified Xiaoyao powder based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The scores of skin lesions and quality of life before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,the scores of areas and colors as well as the total scores of skin lesions in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of area and color as well as the total score of skin lesions in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)in the two groups were inecreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of DLQI in the experiment group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%in the experiment group,higher than that of 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyao powder combined with laser for chloasma of liver qi stagnation type is helpful to recover the injured skin and improve quality of life,with good safety.
