灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新治疗肾虚血瘀型良性前列腺增生临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新缓解胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的临床效果。方法:选择肾虚血瘀型BPH患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例。2组均服用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组加用灵泽片联合治疗。2组疗程均为4周,比较2组临床疗效,以及夜尿次数评分、国际前列腺症状评分法(IPSS)评分、尿流率等。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.62%,对照组为85.71%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组夜尿次数评分、IPSS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组夜尿次数评分、IPSS评分均较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组尿流率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组尿流率较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组尿流率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灵泽片联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型BPH具有较好的临床效果,能减轻患者临床症状,减少夜尿次数,提高尿流率,疗效优于单纯盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lingze tablets combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride for benigh prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 84 cases of BPH patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,and the treatment group was treated with tamsulosin capsules and Lingze tablets.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Clinical effects,scores of nocturia frequency and International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and urine flow rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.62% in the treatment group,and 85.71% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of nocturia frequency and IPSS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of nocturia frequency and IPSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of urine flow rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,urine flow rates in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the rate in the treatment groups was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Lingze tablets combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride has a good clinical effect in the treatment of BPH of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which can alleviate symptoms,reduce nocturia frequency,and increase urine flow rate.Its curative effect is better than that of simple tamsulosin hydrochloride.
