摘　　要：介绍纪云西教授从脾肾论治久咳不愈的临床经验。纪云西教授认为,阳虚为久咳之本,久咳当从脾肾论治。针对急性发作期的久咳患者,常以小青龙汤合止嗽散加减治之,伍以温脾肾、散寒湿之品,而咳嗽渐缓;慢性缓解期,则以四神乌茴汤加减以温肾补虚,升阳调气,真阳复,气机畅,则咳嗽自愈。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor JI Yunxi in treating refractory cough from spleen and kidney.Professor JI Yunxi believes that yang deficiency is the root of refractory cough which should be treated from the spleen and kidney.For patients in acute exacerbation of refractory cough,the combination of modified Xiaoqinglong tang and Zhisou powder is often applied,along with warming spleen and kidney as well as dissipating cold and dampness;for patients in chronic remission phase,modified Sishen Wuhui tang is applied to warm the kidney and supplement deficiency as well as raise yang and regulate qi.Thus,true yang is recovered,qi movement is unblocked and the cough is cured.
