摘 要:一二次融合开关设备操作时产生的电磁骚扰特征及其防护是该类开关设备安全稳定运行需考虑的问题之一,需要进一步开展研究。因此,对比了一二次融合开关设备与传统开关设备的主要技术差异,分析了典型一二次融合开关设备操作电磁骚扰的骚扰源、耦合途径和防护措施。结果表明,电磁骚扰的持续时间为3~30ms,主导频率范围为0.1~80MHz,幅值标幺值可达3.0;互感器和接地网均可使部分骚扰传导至二次侧,而辐射骚扰的幅值与频率较高,其耦合途径需进一步研究;在互感器二次侧采取增加滤波器、安装互感器屏蔽罩等措施能有效降低电磁干扰,但合理的防护措施选择需结合骚扰特征和耦合途径特点。建议在电磁骚扰信号准确测量、信号特征量与影响因素分析、耦合方式与耦合途径和入网专业检测方法4个方面进一步开展研究。The characteristics of electromagnetic disturbance and its protection during the operation of primary and secondary integrated switchgear are one of the problems to be considered in their safe and stable operation,and further research is needed.In this paper,the main technical differences between primary and secondary integrated switchgear and traditional switchgear are compared,and the disturbance sources,coupling approaches,and protective measures of primary and secondary integrated switchgear operation electromagnetic disturbance are analyzed.The results show that the duration of electromagnetic disturbance is 3~30 ms,the dominant frequency range is 0.1~80 MHz,and the amplitude per-unit value can reach 3.0.Both the transformer and the grounding net can transmit part of the disturbance to the secondary side,while the amplitude and frequency of the radiation disturbance are high,so the coupling way needs further study.Adding filters to the transformer’s secondary side and installing the transformer’s shielding cover can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference.However,reasonable protection measures should be combined with the characteristics of disturbance and coupling path.It is suggested that further research should be carried out in four aspects:accurate measurement of electromagnetic disturbance signal,analysis of signal characteristic quantity and influence factor,determination of coupling mode and coupling way,and professional detection method of power grid access.
