后疫情时代加强我国应急物流系统标准化建设的思考

摘　　要：应急物流系统的标准化建设程度和水平与突发状况下的应急物资保障能力密切相关。本文以标准化的视角审视了我国应急物流系统存在的问题,从应急物流的法规制度建设、标准体系规划、标准归口管理、标准制修订及跟踪实施评估等层面提出了加强我国应急物流系统标准化建设的对策建议。The standardization degree and level of the emergency logistics system are closely related to the ability of emergency supplies support in emergencies.This paper examines the problems existing in China’s emergency logistics system from the perspective of standardization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the standardization work of China’s emergency logistics system from the aspects of laws and regulations construction,standards system planning,centralized management,standard revision and implementation evaluation.
