摘 要:节粮减损日益受到国内外的广泛关注,标准化在节粮减损和保障粮食安全中作用突出。本文通过分析国内外全产业链节粮减损标准化工作现状、造成我国粮食损失和浪费的主要因素以及我国节粮减损标准化面临的挑战,提出了粮食全产业链节粮减损标准化实施路径,重点围绕减少粮食损失、适度加工、制止餐饮浪费等内容,构建节粮减损标准体系,建立节粮减损标准化技术组织,强化节粮减损标准实施监管。Food loss reduction has increasingly received widespread attention at home and abroad,and standardization plays a prominent role in food loss reduction and ensuring food security.This paper analyzes the current situation of food loss reduction standardization in the domestic and foreign food whole industry chain,the main causes of food loss and waste,and the challenges faced by the standardization of food loss reduction in China.It then proposes the implementation path of food loss reduction standardization in the food whole industry chain,which focuses on reducing food loss,moderate processing,and preventing food waste,etc.,in order to establish a standards system for food loss reduction,set up a standardization technical organization for food loss reduction,and strengthen the supervision of the implementation of food loss reduction standards.
