摘　　要：本文介绍了GB/T 18916.1-2021《取水定额第1部分:火力发电》国家标准修订的背景与意义,通过对比分析的方法,详细解读了2021版与2012版标准在适用范围、取水量计量口径、单位发电量取水量等方面的异同,以期让火电企业相关专业人员能够更好地理解和掌握标准。This paper introduces the background and significance of the revision of GB/T 18916.1-2021,Norm of water intake-Part 1:Thermal power production.The similarities and differences between the 2021 edition and the 2012 edition of the standard are explained in detail through the comparison of the scope of application,statistical range of water intake,and requirements of quantity of water intake for unit power generation quantity,etc.,in order to enable relevant professionals of thermal power plant to understand the standard.
