三种铸造金属桩核引起MRI伪影的研究

摘　　要：目的对比三种铸造金属桩核(钯金合金桩核、金钯合金桩核、金铂合金桩核)引起MRI伪影的程度,为临床应用提供参考数据。方法制作大小相同的第二前磨牙的桩核4组。将玻璃纤维桩核作为对照组,其它三组金属铸造桩核分别为A钯金合金;B金钯合金;C金铂合金,将三种铸造金属桩核分别放在志愿者上颌1~7号牙位之间,进行MRI扫描,扫描序列包括SE-T_(1)WI、TSE-T_(2)WI。结果方差分析显示,金钯合金所引起的MRI伪影与对照组差异无统计学意义(P=0.443),而钯金合金和金铂合金在MRI图像形成的伪影与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三种铸造金属桩核中,金钯合金引起的MRI伪影最小,基本不会影响MRI检查的影像结果。Objective To contrast the extension of MRI artifacts caused by three kinds of cast metal posts and cores(Pd-Au alloy,Au-Pd alloy,Au-Pt alloy),and to provide reference data for clinical application.Methods The post and core of the second premolar of the same size were made in four groups.The glass fiber post core was used as the control group,the other three groups of metal casting post core were as follows A.Pd-Au alloy;B.Au-Pd alloy;C.Au-Pt alloy.Three kinds of cast metal posts and cores(Pd-Au alloy,Au-Pd alloy,Au-Pt alloy)were pat respectively in volunteers’maxillary teeth between 1~7,scan sequences included SE-T1WI and TSE-T2WI.Results ANOVA of factorial design indicated MRI artifacts caused by Au-Pd alloy had no statistically significant difference with control group(P=0.443),and Pd-Au alloy and Au-Pt alloy showed significant difference with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Of three kinds of cast metal posts and cores,MRI artifacts caused by Au-Pd alloy are minimum,which will not affect the MRI imaging results.
